Fact or Fiction:
Underclassmen were not allowed to enter Main Building (Tillman Administration Building) through the front entrance.
From the 1940s to the 1960s, the front entrance to Main Building was known as Senior Steps and only Seniors were allowed to use them. Underclassmen were expected to use one of the two side entrances and any underclassman caught using the Senior Steps was fined a quarter.
*The north entrance on the Margaret Nance Hall side was later bricked off to make more space for offices.
